I believe in general that the "user" and their experiences are so often neglected. How often do employers really gauge feedback / conduct an experience audit on their careers sites and recruitment campaigns - "not many, if any". It is refreshing to get a "visitor's" candid thoughts / impressions.

I'm sure other members will embrace having people in the group who do not work within HR. Recruitment 2.0 cuts across HR, Marketing, PR, Communication, IT, Psychology, Sociology etc. It's important that we all take this wider perspective.
