Hey Allan. Was just reading one of your replies on the forum and looked at your website containing your CV. Think it's great. Anyway, thought I'd let you know that we (the family) have just been listening to your music. We play around a bit at home with our PA, guitars etc and my husband used to be a sound engineer and has written and recorded a bit. Thought I'd drop you a line to tell you we really enjoyed your music page!

Welcome to the community Allan - thanks heaps for your comments about KPMG's grad recruitment site - I'm sure Richard from KPMG will find your comments most valuable. I believe in general that the "user" and their experiences are so often neglected. How often do employers really gauge feedback / conduct an experience audit on their careers sites and recruitment campaigns - "not many, if any". It is refreshing to get a "visitor's" candid thoughts / impressions.

I'm sure other members will embrace having people in the group who do not work within HR. Recruitment 2.0 cuts across HR, Marketing, PR, Communication, IT, Psychology, Sociology etc. It's important that we all take this wider perspective.
