- I have held senior HR roles in the past. I'm currently doing HR consulting work for a couple of organisations in Auckland (Southern Cross, Crockers Property Group and Prime Retail Management). These roles are on-going with me spending blocks of time with the organisations each week. I enjoy the flexibility of contracting as I have a young daughter.
- Areas of interest in recruitment:
- I'm very interested in the talent market, employment branding and recruitment strategies. There are so many exciting things happending in recruitment and I see an opportunity to bring some creativity in our recruiting approach to the organisations I consult to.

All's good! I'm still contracting - doing a couple of days a week at Southern Cross and Crocker Property. I enjoy the flexibility of hours possible with contracting.
The IAG role sounds good - there is so much happening in the recruiting / employment brand space. I'm new to this too - I joined a few weeks ago.
